What does "pricing on request" mean?

We quote based on region, term length and onboarding scope so you get a number that reflects your actual situation. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing that ends up wrong for half our customers.

Do I get all features on the Starter plan?

All core features (tickets, knowledge base, roles, notifications). Higher tiers add multi-product scope, audit logging, branding customisation, dedicated support and integrations - not the basics.

Can I move up a tier later?

Yes. You pay the difference for the remaining term. No re-onboarding, no data migration, no downtime. Same tenant, same URLs, same team.

What if my team grows past my plan's user cap?

We notify you 30 days before you'd hit the cap and walk you through moving to the next tier. We don't lock you out, we don't auto-upgrade, and we don't bill overages.

Is there a free trial?

There's a hand-onboarded evaluation. Reach out, tell us your situation, we set you up. There's no self-serve signup because every tenant goes through manual approval - that's a feature, not a bug.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You get a full data export and 30 days to retrieve your data after cancellation. No reactivation fees if you come back. Your data is yours.

Which currency do you bill in?

AUD by default. We can quote in NZD, FJD or USD on request. Invoices are issued by an Australia-based entity, payable in the currency of your order.

Do you offer discounts for NGOs, schools or government?

Yes, where appropriate. Tell us about your organisation when you book a demo and we'll factor it into the quote.
